Compensations - Baleària

Baleària apologizes for the delays during departure by compensating you with a discount between 50% and 100% of the route price for the next trip (double the amount indicated in the current legislation).

To obtain this discount, please fill out the following form; once verified, you will be emailed the corresponding discount voucher that is valid for one (1) year. 

What if I am not happy with this compensation?

If you are not happy with the compensation, you may place a formal claim with the Customer Service Department at atencionclientes@balearia.com. You will then be reimbursed in cash for the amount you are due, according to the percentage established by law.

Is there a time limit to claim compensation?

You have two (2) month as of the travel date to request compensation or to present a claim.
