Lost & Found

To inform of a lost object in any of the ships or terminals of Baleària, please fill in the form.

In case the lost object is found, we will contact you by phone as soon as possible and we will give you a reference number so that you can pick it up.

How do I recover the lost item once I have the reference number?

You must go to the indicated terminal, with the reference number and identify yourself (personal identity card, passport or NIE certificate), in addition to signing an acknowledgment of receipt when you the object is delivered to you.

Can anybody else pick up the object?

Yes. You can authorize another person to pick up the object. To make the authorization you must send an email to objetosperdidos@balearia.com where the name and surname of the person who will pick up the object plus your NIF, your passport number or NIE and the reference provided by Baleària are indicated.

Can I request the lost item being sent to me?

Yes. You can request the shipment of the object via courier to your home. In this case, the shipment will be made against reimbursement and you must previously send an email to objetosperdidos@balearia.com indicating the postal address to which you wish to be sent and the reference provided by Baleària.

How long do I have to claim the lost item?

The deadline for claiming or collecting lost items is two months. Bear in mind that Baleària is not responsible for lost or misplaced objects in the course of the use of your services. This is an additional service to customers for the recovery of such objects. If the deadline has expired, the objects will be handed over to the authorities or offices of corresponding municipal lost & found offices.
