Points are received by the member when they board, depending on their level and the route chosen. In addition, there are point multipliers.
The more you travel, the more points you get.
The more points you have the more rewards you get.
And the more loyal you are, the more rewards you get.
It's that easy.
Points are only awarded if the booking is made by a member.
They will be allocated after boarding. And they expire 18 months after being awarded. In other words, starting from when you board, not when you book.
Channel multipliers only affect the person who makes the booking.
Points can be transferred, but only between members of the same booking and only within six months of being awarded.
There are 3 levels in the Baleària Club, which are reached automatically according to the points obtained in the last 18 months and which must be maintained for the following 18 months.
