Compliance Status
This website is non-compliant. This information is obtained from the IRA results, based on the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard and Law 11/2023, due to failure to comply with certain accessibility aspects detailed below.
Non-Accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
• Non-compliance with Law 11/2023:
- Decorative images exist with redundant or incorrect alternative texts [requirement 9.1.1.1 Non-text content, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Videos exist without subtitles and/or audio description [requirement 9.1.2.2 Captions, 9.1.2.3 Audio description or media alternative, 9.1.2.5 Pre-recorded audio description, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Information and relationships conveyed through visual presentation are not conveyed semantically to users of assistive technologies [requirement 9.1.3.1 Info and relationships, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- A non-logical reading sequence exists in the content [requirement 9.1.3.2 Meaningful sequence, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Data input fields exist whose purpose identification is incorrect [requirement 9.1.3.5 Identify input purpose, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Content exists that uses colour as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element, preventing certain users from understanding the content without additional support [requirement 9.1.4.1 Use of colour, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Texts exist that do not have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 [requirement 9.1.4.3 Contrast (minimum), UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Focus indicator components exist that do not have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 against adjacent colours [requirement 9.1.4.11 Non-text contrast, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Content exists that is presented with loss of information or functionality when text size or spacing is increased, and requires two-dimensional scrolling (horizontal and vertical) [requirement 9.1.4.4 Resize text / 9.1.4.10 Reflow / 9.1.4.12 Text spacing, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Components exist that, when they receive and then lose pointer or keyboard focus, trigger additional content to become visible and then hidden, but no mechanism exists to allow the additional content to be dismissable, hoverable, and persistent across multiple pages [requirement 9.1.4.13 Content on hover or focus, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Functionality exists in the content that cannot be operated through a keyboard interface [requirement 9.2.1.1 Keyboard, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Content exists where keyboard focus cannot be moved to or away from a page component using a keyboard interface via arrow or tab keys or other standard exit methods, and the user is not informed of the method to move focus away on multiple pages [requirement 9.2.1.2 No keyboard trap, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Moving elements exist that do not offer a mechanism to pause, stop, or hide them, which may distract or hinder the interaction of certain users [requirement 9.2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- An alteration of focus order exists that affects sequential navigation of content. On multiple pages, focusable elements receive focus in an order that does not preserve meaning or operability, hindering understanding and correct use of the interface [requirement 9.2.4.3 Focus order, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Links exist whose purpose cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with its programmatically determined context [requirement 9.2.4.4 Link purpose (in context), UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Multiple ways to access content, such as a search function or site map, do not exist [requirement 9.2.4.5 Multiple ways, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Headings and labels exist that do not describe the topic or purpose of the interactive or structural elements on some pages [requirement 9.2.4.6 Headings and labels, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Interactive components exist whose focus state does not present a sufficiently perceptible or persistent visual indicator, failing to meet the focus visibility requirements necessary to ensure programmatic and perceptual identification of the active element during keyboard navigation [requirement 9.2.4.7 Focus visible, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Elements such as carousels exist that do not have components operable through simple gestures and force the user to use pointer gestures [requirement 9.2.5.1 Pointer gestures, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Elements in another language exist that are not correctly labelled [requirement 9.3.1.2 Language of parts, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Context changes upon receiving input exist without prior notification to the user [requirement 9.3.2.2 On input, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Inconsistent navigation changes exist on some pages [requirement 9.3.2.3 Consistent navigation, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Fields exist where errors upon form submission are not correctly identified and/or do not have a descriptive suggestion [requirements 9.3.3.1 Error identification and 9.3.3.3 Error suggestion, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input [requirement 9.3.3.2 Labels or instructions, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Elements exist with incorrect ARIA roles or with insufficient semantic structure, preventing name, role, and value from being correctly determined programmatically [requirement 9.4.1.2 Name, role, value, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Status messages exist in content implemented with markup language but cannot be programmatically determined through role or properties, meaning they are not detected by assistive technology users on multiple pages [requirement 9.4.1.3 Status messages, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- The site does not achieve the level of conformance required by the applicable WCAG Guidelines, as all requirements set out in clauses 9.1 to 9.4 are not met and the existence of fully conformant alternative versions is not guaranteed. Furthermore, non-compliances are identified that interfere with the essential accessibility criteria, preventing overall compliance with the conformance requirements established in the standard [requirement 9.6 WCAG conformance requirements, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Non-web document requirements:
- Non-text content exists that is incorrectly labelled, causing screen readers to fail to interpret it [requirement 10.1.1.1 Non-text content, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Information and relationships conveyed through visual presentation are not conveyed semantically to users of assistive technologies [requirement 10.1.3.1 Info and relationships, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Text with insufficient contrast exists in the evaluated PDF documents [requirement 10.1.4.3 Minimum contrast, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Images of text exist in the evaluated PDF documents [requirement 10.1.4.5 Images of text, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- The evaluated PDF documents do not have an accessible title defined in their properties, which fails to meet the document title criterion [requirement 10.2.4.2 Document title, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- The evaluated PDF documents do not have a language set in their properties, which hinders correct interpretation by assistive technologies [requirement 10.3.1.1 Language of document / 10.3.1.2 Language of parts, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Software requirements:
- The interface does not adequately respect the preferences set by the user in the user agent or the system, including settings related to presentation, interaction, or accessibility. This lack of adaptation fails to meet the requirements relating to the preservation and application of user preferences during interaction with content [requirement 11.7 User preferences, UNE-EN 301549:2022].
- Disproportionate burden: not applicable
- Content outside the scope of the legislation:
- Office documents published before 28 June 2025 exist that do not fully comply with accessibility requirements.
