How can you travel from Ibiza to Formentera?
The only way to visit Formentera from Ibiza is on the Ibiza Formentera ferry route. Baleària’s high-speed ships depart from the port in Ibiza’s capital and after around 30 minutes you will disembark at the port in Formentera, in the village of La Savina.
There is an Ibiza Formentera ferry once every 30 minutes throughout the day, with the first leaving at 7:00 in the morning and the last at 20:30 in the evening. For the return journey, the first ferry is also at 7:00, though we can stay on the island of Formentera until 22:00 at night, when the last ferry departs for Ibiza.
You can get your ticket for the Ibiza Formentera ferry from €2 if you live in Formentera, or €5 if you live in Ibiza. For non-residents, the price starts at €20.
