P: What are Baleària's flexible conditions?
R: At Baleària, we have made our pricing policy more flexible so that you can make your bookings with complete peace of mind.  


P: What changes do the new flexible conditions mean for Baleària's change and cancellation policy?
R: From now until 15th October, 2022, you can make changes or cancel your bookings with less restrictions, subject to the rate you chose when you made your booking.  


P: Which bookings are affected?
R: This pricing policy affects all bookings made between 11 March 2020 and 15th October, 2022.


P: Which routes do the new flexible conditions apply to?
R: The new pricing policy is valid for all of Baleària's routes, except those operating under Baleària Caribbean in the United States and Bahamas.


P: What happens if I made a booking before 11 March 2020?
R: If you made a booking before 11 March, 2020, contact Baleària's Call Centre, use the help form on the website, or visit our ticket offices. 


P: What if I want to make changes or cancel bookings after 15th October, 2022?
R: After 15th October, 2022, the new flexible conditions will no longer apply and the pricing conditions you chose when making the reservation will once again apply. 


P: How can I change my booking?
R: To make any changes in your booking, please contact our Call Centre, go to the help form on the website, or visit the nearest ticket office. 


P: How can I cancel my booking?

A: As long as the contracted flexibility allows it and if certain conditions are met in your reservation from the moment of registering it and until the time of departure of the ship, you can cancel it with the refund of 100% of the amount of your reservation.

Check our advance table of our most flexible rate:

  • If the cancellation is within 24 hours of booking and there are more than 2 hours before departure, no penalty will be applied.
  • If the travel date is within more than 168 hours, no penalty is applied
  • If it is OPEN no penalty is applied
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before departure, a 100% penalty is applied.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours before departure, a 20% penalty is applied.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 168 hours and more than 48 hours before departure, a 10% penalty is applied.

P: How do I change or cancel my booking?
R: To modify or exchange your booking, please contact our Call Centre, use the web help form or visit your nearest ticket office. 


P: If I make changes to my trip, what happens if the new dates have different prices?
R: For the MINI rate, if the price of your new trip dates are higher, you will have to pay the difference. If the price is lower, you will not be refunded the difference.

For the REDUCED rate, changes can be made without penalties and if the price is lower, you will not receive a refund.


P: Which routes do the new flexible conditions apply to?
R: The new policy is valid for all Baleària routes except those operating under Baleària Caribbean in the United States and Bahamas.


P: How many times can I change my booking?
R: You can change your booking up to 2 times using the flexible conditions. 


P: What do I do if I have a ticket for the Huelva - Canary Islands route operated by Baleària & Fred Olsen Express?
R: If your booking is for a trip on the Huelva-Canary Island route, you need to call 922 281 659 or contact us via email at reservas@fredolsen.es


P: Do these new flexible conditions apply to group bookings?
R: If you have a group booking, please go to the web help form , indicating "Groups" in your inquiry.
