Q: What are Baleària's Relax conditions?
A: At Baleària, we have made our pricing policy more flexible so that you can book your reservations with ease.  


Q: What changes do the new Relax conditions entail for Baleària's change and cancellation policy?
A: Starting now until 07 June, you will be able to make changes or cancel your reservations with less restrictions. These are subject to the pricing you chose when you booked the reservation.  


Q: Which reservations are affected?
A: This pricing policy affects all reservations made between 11 March and 07 June 2020.


Q: Relax conditions apply to which routes?
A: The new pricing policy is in effect for all of Baleària's routes, except those operating under Baleària Caribbean in the United States and Bahamas.


Q: What happens if I've made a reservation before 11 March 2020?
A: If you booked a reservation before 11 March, contact Baleària's Call Center at support@balearia.com or visit our offices. 


Q: What if I want to make changes or cancel reservations after 07 June 2020?
A: After 07 June 2020, the new Relax conditions will be cancelled and the pricing conditions you chose when making the reservation will apply again. 


Q: How can I change my reservation?
A: To make any changes in your reservation, you need to contact Baleària's Call Center at support@balearia.com or visit the closest Baleària office. 


Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: Depending on the pricing you chose when making the reservation, you will be able to cancel it and receive a 100% reimbursement.

Check out our advance cancellation table:
•    If you cancel 7 days before the trip date -> 100% reimbursement of your reservation.
•    If you cancel 48 hours before the trip date -> 90% reimbursement of your reservation.
•    If you cancel 24 hours before the trip date -> 80% reimbursement of your reservation.
•    If you cancel on the same day of the trip -> 0% reimbursement of your reservation.

Q: How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A: In order to make any changes or cancellations, you should call Baleària's Call Center at support@balearia.com or visit any of our offices. 


Q: In case of making changes to a trip, what happens if the new dates have different pricing?
A: In cases where the price of your new trip date are higher, you will have to pay the difference.If the price is lower, you will not be reimbursed the difference.


Q: The new flexible conditions apply to which routes?
A: The new policy is valid for all Baleària routes except those operating under Baleària Caribbean in the United States and Bahamas.


Q: How many times can I change my reservation?
A: You will only be able to change your reservations under these flexible conditions once. 


Q: What do I do if I have a ticket for the Huelva - Canary Islands route operated by Baleària & Fred Olsen Express?
A: If your reservation is for a trip on the Huelva-Canary Island route, you need to call 922 281 659 or contact us via email at reservas@fredolsen.es


Q: Do these new flexible conditions apply to group reservations?
A: If you made a group reservation, please contact support@balearia.com


Q: What happens if I booked a group reservation?
A: Group reservations have a different pricing policy. In order to make changes or cancellations, please contact Baleària's Call Center at support@balearia.com.
